The ISODAGRI project aims to develop a methodology to improve circulation gridded datasets derived from satellite altimetry in coastal regions, with the support of wind measurements. The project will address the challenges related to temporal sampling of the mission and its integration and validation in the altimetry constellation framework. By blending coastal reprocessing of altimetry missions, combining satellite altimetry observations with wind stress information, and employing innovative data-driven spatio-temporal interpolation methods, the project aims to enhance the temporal and spatial resolution of sea level anomaly (SLA) maps. The study area includes the Argentine Continental Shelf (ACS) and the California Current System (CCS). The project's results will contribute to a better understanding of coastal circulation patterns and improved coastal management. The methodology developed in this study will focus on the SWOT mission, particularly in terms of addressing its 21-day repeat cycle and improving temporal interpolation.
